The SC1211 column has a polystyrene divinylbenzene (PSDVB) base with a sulfonate functional group in the calcium form. This phase is used for the analysis of saccharides and sugar alcohols by a combination of ligand exchange and HILIC mode, typically with water:ACN mobile phase. Fulfills USP-NF L19 and L22 requirements. Theoretical plate count >5,500, shipping solvent: 75:25 water:ACN. Guard column 220-91524-92 and coupler are recommended. Use 220-91525-97 for stainless steel with PEEK fittings, 220-91524-99 (1-piece, double ended PEEK,) or 220-91524-98 (PEEK tube and fittings.)
