Shodex SUGAR SC1011, 6um, 8.0 x 300mm LC Column

The SC1011 column has a polystyrene divinylbenzene (PSDVB) base with a sulfonate functional group in the calcium form. This phase is used for the analysis of saccharides by a combination of ligand exchange and size exclusion, with 100% water as the mobile phase. Fulfills USP L19 and L22 requirements. Exclusion limit 1,000 Da, shipping solvent: water. Guard column 220-91668-15 and coupler are recommended. Use 220-91525-97 for stainless steel with PEEK fittings, 220-91524-99 (1-piece, double ended PEEK,) or 220-91524-98 (PEEK tube and fittings.)
