Polymeric packed column for aqueous GFC (SEC) analysis. Mixed-gel packing for analyzing samples over a wide molecular weight range. Low bleed allows its use with light scattering detectors. Base material is polyhydroxymethacrylate, fulfills USP-NF L38 and L39 requirements. Target molecular weight range: 5,000 - 20,000,000 Da. Shipping solvent is water and can be replaced with 100% DMF for the analysis of polar polymers. pH range 3-10. Guard column LB-G 6B is recommended to prolong the lifetime of the analytical column.
