Polyvinyl alcohol based SEC column with a wide range of solvent compatibility for aqueous and organic mobile phases. Can be used with water, methanol, ethanol, ACN, THF, DMF, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and up to 50% DMSO. Shipping solvent is 70:30 water:methanol. Pore size: 400A, pH range: 2 - 9, MW range 300-30,000, exclusion limit 40,000. Use 220-91524-52 for the guard column and PEEK coupler 220-91524-98 (non-THF mobile phases) or stainless steel coupler 220-91209-08. Replacement for 228-31490-01.
