The Shim-pack Mix-HILIC is a fully porous, polymer-based column deigned for the analysis of hydrophilic compounds that have limited retention on alkyl or other HILIC phases. Simultaneous separation of ionic and cationic analytes such as amino acids, nucleobases, nucleosides, and organic acids without ion-pairing reagents make the Mix-HILIC ideal for LCMS applications. Polymethacrylate base material with a polyamine functional group. Recommended flow rate: 0.3mL/min. Max. pressure: 35 MPa/350 bar/5000 psi. Max. temperature: 50C.
