The GIST Amide can be run in reversed phase mode and up to 100% aqueous conditions, or in HILIC mode with high organic mobile phase for increased retention of polar compounds and efficient solvent evaporation for LCMS. USP L68, pore size: 100A, surface area: 350 m2/g, 15% carbon load, pH range: 2 to 8.5, fully endcapped. A guard column is recommended to prolong the lifetime of the analytical column.
