The Raptor Polar X phase is specifically designed to selectively retain polar analytes through a balance of two retention mechanisms, and can be run in either ion exchange or HILC mode. It is ideal for the separation of polar pesticides, herbicides, and underivatized amino acids. Pore size 90A, surface area 130 m2/g, pH range 2-8, maximum temperature 60C, maximum pressure 600 bar/60 MPa/8700 psi.
